How to reset app settings on POS App

Overview

The purpose of this article is to show how to reset the app settings of the Viva Wallet POS app with, or without erasing account information.

Process

  1. Open our Viva Wallet POS (ToP) app and make sure is on the transaction screen or the screen with the Keypad. keypad

  2. Select More > Reset and choose your preferred method of reset.

    • Settings Reset - This option will reset the app settings to their defaults WITHOUT erasing your previously entered account information.
    • Full Reset - This option will reset the app settings to their defaults, erasing your previously entered account information.

  3. Choose Continue with Settings reset to finalize the process for a settings reset or choose Continue with full reset for a full reset. Reset
